Last night I had a warm discussion with one of my close friend on the subject of "CORRUPTION"..
It was his opinion that POWER & RESPONSIBILITY (of Post) is main reason for the rise of "CORRUPTION"..
while in contrary to this, I respond him with my opinion that, in country like INDIA where education level is just rising & financial level is also not well enough the main reason for "CORRUPTION".. is the NEGLIGENCE & UNAWARESS of rights, responsibilities & duties of INDIAN citizens.
Describing my opinion with an example of Former C.M. I tried to convinced him that he was also sitting in the chair of power but his working style & behaviour can be easily estimated by a fact that after his unnatural death besides mourn country more than 100 of his followers died in shock..
Thus POWER,CHAIR & RESPONSIBILITY (of Post) does not makes an Indian corroupt all the way round..If we will be aware of Our rights, responsibilities & duties Our diplomats & politicians & all supportive hands will develop INDIA in a right path..
NOW GUYS ITS YOUR TURN... WHAT'S YOUR OPINION IN THIS REGARD..
